Naeem ur Rehman from COMSATS University Islamabad Abbottabad campus visited KNRC as a visiting scholar for a period of six month. He executes some behavioral and electrophysiological part of his research under the kind supervision of Dr. Vahid Sheibani and Dr. Khadijeh Esmaeilpour. During his stay he performed experiments on, Morris water maize, open field, Shuttle box, novel object, and in vivo field potential recording.

center with the following goals:
1- Developing and applying human knowledge in the field of science
2- Carrying out basic. Epidemiological and clinical researches in order to improve the quality of Health Care System and respond to the needs of Islamic community
3- Collecting, arranging and stratifing the related documents and articles
4- Training researchers in the field of neuroscience
5- Encouraging and employing researchers
6- Trying to draw the attention and having the cooperation of the related research centers and administrative organizations in the country
7- Scientific cooperation with educational and research centers of other countries and international organizations based on the regulations of Islamic Republic of Iran.
Vision:
We are proud to offer neuroscience education and training programs for young researchers, with a focus on neuroscience as well as covering relevant aspects. We offer research financial support and intensive career mentoring during the defined training programs. Our programs established to provide a fantastic opportunity for interdisciplinary neuroscience. We believe that modern neuroscience is a field with emerging discoveries and obstacles to overcome.
